Refund policy

Returns are accepted on a "case-by-case" basis, and usually will be on grounds of “quality” issues only. The following issues are some of the reasons which will not be deemed fit as grounds for a return, refund or exchange. 

Our refund policy for dried and preserved flowers is as follows:

1. If your dried or preserved flowers arrive damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damaged item(s) to process your refund or exchange.

2. If you are unhappy the quality with your dried or preserved flowers and would like to return them for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

3. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange if these conditions are not met.

4.    If you would like to exchange your flowers for other colours or items, please notify us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. We are unable to accept exchanges after this period. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition to be eligible for exchange.

5.    Once the refund is approved, we will process it within 12 hours. The refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please note that the refund is processed through our system and is not a bank transfer. It may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. On sale items are not eligible for exchange and refund.

8. We don't do refund for "not liking" reason.

9. The refund amount exclude the shipping fee you have paid.

10. Please be aware that preserved flowers undergo bleaching or other chemical treatments, which may result in a noticeable scent or softer stems and petals. It is normal for preserved flowers to exhibit these characteristics, as they cannot be expected to maintain the same level of freshness as live flowers. Therefore, we would not issue a refund based on this reason.

11. Refunds and returns are not available for faux real-touch flowers, as they are prone to becoming easily soiled.
